Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa

Whatever get-together you have planned for this fall, from birthdays, to book clubs, to Thanksgiving morning, this Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa will bring all the flavors of fall together for the perfect celebration!
Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Caramel
  • 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar (2 TB sugar 1 TB cinnamon)
    For a pitcher:
  • 1 cup 8 ounces spiced apple cider
  • 1 cup 8 ounces caramel vodka (I used Smirnoff, Kissed Caramel Vodka) 
  • 1 750ml bottle Champagne or Prosecco
  • Apple slices for garnish
    For one cocktail:
  • 1 ounce spiced apple cider
  • 1 ounce caramel vodka (I used Smirnoff, Kissed Caramel Vodka)
  • Champagne or Prosecco to fill glass
  • Apple slices for garnish
Instructions
  1. Pour caramel in to a flat bottom saucer
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a flat bottom saucer
  3. Dip your champagne flutes into the caramel sauce and rim the glass, then into the cinnamon sugar.
    To make one cocktail:
  1. Add cider and vodka to a champagne flute, then top off with champagne and an apple slice.
    To make a pitcher:
  1. Add cider and vodka to a pitcher, then fill with a bottle of champagne and apple slices.
